Chronicles of a time traveler.

  • I WONDER IF YOU’VE experienced something like the feeling of writing a carefully worded letter and sending it, only to discover later that it contained one or more problems that a proofreader could have easily spotted. Somehow, though, they were missed in spite of wanting to be careful.

In the world of software programming, errors occur readily and are sometimes illusive. Inaccurate analytics can compound the potential for errors, and managers often must rely on programmers to find the errors they, themselves, created.

Humans, by design, readily adapt to only partial knowledge of the world. We do this by filling in our awareness gaps with IMAGINED reality.

    Why is there err?

  • WE HAVE LIVED LONG enough to know that times were never like they are now.

Our times have been overtaken by mass hysteria, funneled into political movements that defy reason.

If what we sense is, in fact, mass hysteria — a panic period which will pass in time — then it seems reasonable to suspect that women are behind it (said with a smile).

  • IF “THE BIG LIE” was to claim that the 2020 general election was rigged, what is the name, then, given to that Russia collusion hoax of 2016-2019 — perpetrated by Democratic Party conspiracy with their allies in industry; manufactured by a British spy working with a Russian operative in DC; with entrenched bureaucratic interests as cover, in league with mainstream media, to create political distraction enough to overthrow Trump as president..? Was that, “The Little Lie”..?

  • TRAVEL TIME is a measure of how long it takes to get somewhere. But actually expending those minutes is to convert the travel time into time-travel, as the traveler moves across space-time.

We live in the center of a personal space, which has its own, relative time to get to anywhere else. Time horizons exist for events that occur in locations too remote to be sensed in the normal course of life.

Almost everyone currently living, for example, will never know that I exist because of limitations in time-travel.

  • THERE IS STILL TIME to take advantage of the limitation in human understanding.

For now, a truer statement cannot be made that life exists everywhere we look on earth — but nowhere else in the entire universe.

    This makes human life supreme..!

    Act on it.

  • HAVE YOU SEEN..?

The message, “Silence is Violence,” is being spread by anarchists in the streets — as though anarchists are not violent.

What clearer example is there, to show the dichotomy of human nature.

People come in different “flavors,” and violence between them ebbs and flows but can’t be ended. These riots may simply be growing pangs for a better future.

At all times, we should recognize, inferior human traits face elimination by stronger ones. The riots may simply be the protest of those being eliminated.

Violence may be unpleasant, but since this is how evolution works, one wonders: is silence the best violence..?

  • THE COLLAPSE OF the stock market, concurrent with the Great Depression during the last Century, left people coming out with a stigmatized view of investing, which continued for decades, up until the 1960s, after which time the stigmas became old fashioned.

The collapse of traditional world religions has been leaving people stigmatized against a belief in God, also, I think, and will remain so until the meaning of that belief is restored, at some time in the future.

It is typical, I think, for religious faith to form and rise during social collapse.

We’ll need to keep an eye out.

  • I DO NOT MEAN to suggest we could be parts of a larger biological being; only parts of a larger mind.

Nor do I mean to suggest that this larger mind, whatever it could be, operates on our time schedule.

We may be so far removed that expectation of direct interaction would be misplaced.

The only conceivable purpose in our connection to that rolling mind would be to let it find out.

That is, to find out what happens when personal stresses should mount to such a degree that something must break. Or, what happens when riches become excessive and wheels come off the cart.

In our lives, we’re finding out, for the larger, distant, vast and remote mind.

  • WHAT IS THE POINT in living, if not to remember..?

Some go to war zones to capture the intensity of the battle, so they can know and write about it. Others stay in a militant-feminist relationship, for the same reason. To get the full flavor.

The pen has might, if it can be wielded.

  • THERE IS YOU, and me, and us.

And while life may be normal between you and me, it is falling apart for us — us being the larger community.

We see it in the news reports on political conflicts, and in nearby streets that are festering with vagrants.

What’s happened..? What changed things, and how can the apparent decline be reversed..?

Two things are missing, that I can tell.

    • Trust
    • Forgiveness

A forgiving people would not argue for slavery reparations, for example, because lessons were learned and the past has been forgiven.

As a step in the right direction, may we consider abolishment of the Congressional Black Caucus — as an act of trust and forgiveness..?
